The times before and after the session are valuable time for staff to set up/tidy up, update records, discuss your children’s progress and keep all planning and paperwork up to date. To keep costs down, these times are kept to a minimum. If your child is not collected on time, our legal liability means that two members of staff must stay at playgroup until your child has been collected. Any parent/carer who is late collecting their child will have to pay a charge which helps to cover the additional staffing costs incurred for this reason. From the beginning of next half term (8th June 2010), collection after 3 pm (or 12pm or 1pm) will incur a charge of £5 for the first 15 minutes, with an additional £5 for every 15 minutes thereafter.
